Tools needed:
- Machine Xbox 360 fat / slim
- Router
- Dashlaunch applications (3.15)
Follow the steps below :
1. Connect the machine Xbox 360 JTAG / RGH to the router (LAN) in wired or wireless (not necessarily online), make sure the machine Xbox 360 already have the correct IP address (see network settings or look at freestyle at the lower left side)
2. Make Dashlaunch program (version 3.15) and click on the Configurator and enable updserv. Notice in the bottom left of the screen, the machine is still on 2.0.16197.0 dashboard.
3. Press RB to find the System Info
4. In the System Info screen will look CPU key and IP address are correct (Updsvr). Do not close Dahlaunch !!!
5. Open XPG Easy Updater program on the PC and enter the IP address - adjust to what is shown on the screen Dashlaunch earlier - in this tutorial examples Xbox IP address is 192.168.1.1
6. Click Advanced Options, and then click Backup NAND to PC for safety.
- When the correct IP address and connect the Xbox 360 to the PC correctly, then after selecting NAND backup, you will get the success etc. NAND that have been backed up in the XPG Easy Updater folder with the filename nanddump.bin
7. To return to the Advanced Options menu, select Easy Update and returned choose Advanced Options. For all machines JTAG / RGH nohdmiwait should choose the option that works for the machine to boot without having to wait the HDMI cable is plugged in the machine.

8. When everything is set, come back to Easy Update and press Update Now
9. If the update is successful xeBuild Finished
10. When the update is successful, then the machine will restart by itself and the engine automatically updated to the new version
No longer need to install avatar when it has the internal HDD because the program automatically installs the avatar in one go.
