4.80 Spoof Enabler/Disabler by Arch- v1.21

Developer Arch has released 4.80 Spoofer,  which will allow access to PSN for cfw versions lower than 4.80
If you already have a spoofer install please remove that first, then install this.

* REBUG 4.65.1 or 4.65.2 REX only in Normal mode !

* REBUG 4.70.1 REX only in Normal mode !

 * REBUG 4.75.1 REX only in Normal mode !

* REBUG 4.76.1 REX only in normal mode !

* REBUG 4.78.1 REX only normal mode !

CFW unsupported :

all CFW’s COBRA edition not cited in the cfw compatible  list ( This works for the PSN connection but disables charging COBRA)
